Front-desk personnel were efficient, welcoming, and engaging. Stayed in the king suite -- very clean and inviting. Quiet hotel tucked a little off the road. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Austin.

It took longer than anticipated off hwy but it was a nice area. Everyone we came in contact was very nice.

I like this hotel run by the owner’s family members. Latest: JOSE, one their employees, Jose found my wallet which I left by the outdoors fireplace and promptly delivered it back to me. A good man.

Super nice and spacious hotel. Rooms were clean, I particularly loved the mostly no-carpet rooms. Breakfast was great, pool area was nice. About 11 minutes from the Capital and Lady Bird Lake, with plenty of places to eat around. Parking lot was just a few steps away from hotel, fee was reasonable for the area. Overall great hotel, I will definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The check in and checkout process was super fast and friendly. The hotel is easy to get to and parking is great. The facilities are nice and clean, the pool is small but nice. The area around the hotel is not super glamorous, it’s off the highway, and it’s not very walkable, but if you’re driving, it’s close to a lot of good restaurants.

Seemed like a new build. Very clean and comfortable bed. Staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful. Free breakfast in the morning provided your normal options with a spacious and clean dining area. I would visit again.

Away from crowd, noise, but walkable to stores /restaurants so it’s a good location.

The staff are absolutely fantastic! Sergio and Hans were so friendly, attentive and hospitable. The property was clean, great breakfast and great breakfast staff. Nice pool area and walkable to everything.

Great place to stay. Very clean and nice the moment you pull in the parking lot! The only things I would complain about was there was no one working the bar area and we couldn't get a drink, we waited for 30 minutes and no one came out. Also there was a wedding and our room was located over the conference room that it was being held in so we could feel and hear the music till after midnight. The bistro food was great! We had breakfast that morning and it was fantastic and the prices were not...

We had a nice clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and a free ride!! What more can you ask for?

Great property close to all of what downtown has to offer!

No water bottles inside the room. They can provide that for free.
