"Checked in on my Hilton app, got my electronic door key, went to my room and opened the door only to find someone staying in my room."

"Ok for a 1 night stay, clean, beds comfortable. But….. Only 2 towels for 4 people, no one at desk to get more. And….. Told we didn’t get breakfast because our reservation was through Expedia! What? "

"we discovered that the daybed was extremely dirty and unsanitary. There was a floss pick lodged in the cushions, crumbs throughout, and the entire room had a strong odor suggesting it had been smoked in. In addition, there was visible pet hair, hair on the kitchen sponge, and various stains and marks on the walls. Overall, the room was in a very disturbing and unacceptable condition. "

"The staff was very warm and welcoming. They addressed issues in our room fairly quickly. The room itself was clean and very comfortable. The location was great, in Old Town Clovis and surrounded by many great restaurants and stores. "

"Because of us visiting family over the past 9 years. We've stayed at multiple hotels in Fresno area and this was one of the best one's we've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly helpful and great customer service. The breakfast had great options and was kept will stocked also extremely clean as well. The room was spacious clean. The best part that my family enjoyed was the indoor pool. "
