"I was very disappointed with our stay and will not be returning. The biggest frustration was the elevators. Only two were working, and we spent a large portion of our stay waiting for one. Occasionally, staff would take groups of guests in the service elevator, but the long waits were still a constant issue. My grandson was injured on the lily pads in the water park. I had to help him out of the water myself and then search for someone to assist us. I was directed to the towel station, where...

"The front desk was often unattended and there were shutters closing off the front desk. The kitchenette does not have any tools or equipment. Hotel didn’t supply a hairdryer, Kleenex, even plastic cups. WiFi was spotty at best. Extremely expensive for what you get. Very disappointing."

"Not very well kept up. Broke down cars in the parking lot and overall dingyness. The linoleum in my room was not completely put down (you could feel it when you walked). The breakfast consisted of make your own waffles, rasin bran, froot loops, or white bread toast that wasn't filled up the first day. You can get a decent night's sleep but you really don't want to spend any time on the property."

"Rooms are clean. The hotel could use some TLC. Like the A/C was not working in our room. Moved to another room, it too could not keep the room cool. Finally, the 3rd room was sufficient to keep the room cool. The bar was closed as they apparently only have 1 bartender who was out sick. The staff gave us some breakfast vouchers to apologize for this. Speaking of the staff, they were great. Last thing, I did not like having to put up $100 deposit for incidentals. I hope I get my $100 back as they...
