"I loved the location, close to the airport and Peña station. The hotel is large with a comfortable lobby, though two out of the three elevators were out of service. In the room, although we were comfortable, I dropped an earring and while looking for it, I noticed that the carpets need a deep and thorough vacuuming. Some corners of the tables and desks also look a bit worn out. Additionally, the doors are very heavy; I traveled with my elderly mother, and she could not open or close them on her own, as it required considerable effort. However, I must highlight the exceptional service. Everyone was very kind, starting with the front desk team, Karina and Meregh, who handled our check-in. A special thanks to Nirvaia, a very kind maintenance staff member; since other guests had kept the luggage carts in their rooms on our arrival, he brought a cargo dolly and helped me unload my bags from the car and take them up to our room. The next morning, the carts were available again, so I managed the luggage myself for departure. The restaurant staff were also very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again; they just need to pay a bit more attention to these minor details in room presentation and cleanliness."

"TODO FUE EXCELENTE!!!!! Solo sugiero revisar que las opciones de habitación sí estén disponibles. Había pedido con 2 queen y dormimos en una king y un sofá cama (Que no estaban nada mal). Y es más una observación que una queja. Aparte de eso, NADA MÁS parecido a un excelente servicio, ambiente e instalaciones!!!"
