"The staff Steve and Adriane and a housekeeper didn't get her name were the absolute best. From the check in process with Steve, receiving extra towels (Ms. Housekeeper) thank you to Adriane provided much needed pillows for the bed. Best Team work. Thank you all for making our stay prefect for my cousins celebration graduation party. We appreciate the care and concern given to us during our stay there and the very conversation. Very personable team."

"Checked in late but it went super smooth. In less than 5 minutes. Room was spectacular! Literally spotless & comfortable. The staff at breakfast were extremely nice, helpful & welcoming. I’ve never seen kitchen staff at a hotel actual welcome, interact & check on guest while they eat. Overall 10/10.. I’ll be back."

"The staff here are amazing. So nice and helpful. The location is good also. The convenience of the parking garage to proximity of rooms was also on point. My disappointment was in the room itself. The building is old I understand, however things need work. The air conditioner was very loud and the vents blew the air directly into the bed next to it. The rest of the room was warmer and uncomfortable. The wall paper in the baths need seeing to, it's peeling off. Better quality sheets are also needed. I won't stay here again but it's only because of the physical building is in need of an update. Can't brag on your staff enough. Great people!"

"The room was right behind the elevator so i was awaken throughout the night by the elevator cable noise. It was great that the room had a microwave; however, the room really needs updating"

"Arrived and given room that had not been cleaned. Corner trim fell off near entry door. One of 2 elevators out of service all 5 days of our stay. Toilet handle broken but maintenance did quickly fix it. Room not serviced -- always had to ask for clean towels. Disappointing breakfast -- should eliminate turkey sausage. Pancake machine inoperable. "
