The quirky hotel is a tutor mansion about a block from the waterfront. Very convenient location. Lots of food choices around the corner. The pool is an extra plus surrounded by a beautiful garden. Coffee in the morning is good. They should find some alternative to sliced white bread for the continental. Restaurant behind the office is not recommended. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Well recommended..

Great location across the street from an awesome seafood (See Foody) restaurant and walking distance to the waterfront promenade. Our room was huge; 2 rooms actually with 4 beds. Good A/C as well.

This is an amazing place. Be sure to book a treehouse for beautiful ocean views. There are two beaches and a waterfall pool. They offer many activities, and there are gorgeous monkeys who live wild in the trees. Just be aware that as it is in the rainforest, there are ants that will get on any food you have in your room, so always rinse coffee cups and throw out wrappers. As long as you do that, your room will be fine.

The staff here are great! They had mixed up our arrival date, and we'd had a 1am pick-up scheduled at the airport. They did not come, but I called and they were there within 15 minutes and did not charge us for the shuttle since they had messed up. They have a small kitchen and private bathrooms (no hot water). The building is getting old and tired but I can’t fault the location. The staff was friendly but the apartment needs to improve on its noise insulation. You could hear the neighbor clearly and the noise from the karaoke nearby on a Friday night was just horrible.

Every morning during my stay, I had breakfast on the 4th floor with a view of the Sarawak River. There were varieties of local dishes, desserts and fruits. Staff was very friendly and helpful (top notched). This hotel has the best security setup I have ever encountered.. Even my local friends were amazed when I showed them around. Great location on the waterfront. A nice free upgrade with a city view didn't hurt. Great bed, great bathroom, very clean. Goof breakfast. Really impressed with the staff. They are so nice here, know how to treat a guest.

Room and cleanliness all acceptable except the shower head not working properly, toilet the shades all never clean, WiFi cannot linked cos the reception says our room too far from the modem.
