"For the price, it's very clean and has a modern look. Actual had a kettle and fridge in the room unlike many hotel chains of the same price. No pests at all! Housekeeping are VERY friendly and hotel staff overall are very helpful. Minus: no free drinking water in the room, thin walls, no phone in the room, the hotel app never works for tourists, no one answers on Whatsapp, and housekeeping is CONSTANTLY dragging furniture. There was even ongoing maintenance at night! Power tools and dragging...

"This is a nice hotel right in old Manila. That means narrow roads, foot and vehicular traffic with hit and miss sidewalks, crowded, chaotic with people from various walks of life. It’s right beside Binondo church (Dominican 1596) and it’s the “first Chinatown” across the river from Intramuros which is the Spanish colonial fort. "The room was basic and a bit dated but clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing as it had a wide selection of International and Filipino choices, including cook to order options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was walkable to many restaurants, shopping malls and several of Manila's National museums. The hotel is a good budget choice for tourists visiting Manila."
