"My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. There was hot water in the shower, a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix (big plus), and electric portable space heater (another big plus). "The Mamasara staff was amazing and attentive. Unfortunately the area across the street is a little run down. Although breakfast is included, there is no option to eat lunch or dinner in the hotel. However, there are plenty of places to eat within a 5-10 minute short walk down hill. My friend who stayed with me had severe altitude sickness and I had to attend a dinner with a hiking team.
