I had a problem in my room water was leaking and the prompt attention and I was quickly moved to another room. With apologies for the inconvenience and complementary snacks & water. Carol was awesome receptionist also the one that came in after her. I forget her name but she personally walked me to my room. She did everything to make my stay joyful and memorable. I will definitely stay again.
Nice place to stay , only thing is rooms are way too small mostly if you have 2 suitcases my friend and I couldn’t have enough space to put the suitcase both have a medium size and a sample size and it was difficult to walk around the room need to climb over the bed one or suitcase to go to the bathroom
The rooms look as if they’ve been refurbished recently. Clean and great hard surfaces on the floor, just the way we like it, no carpet.
Breakfast buffet is well stocked and the staff throughout is friendly.
We stayed at Hotel Barcelona Catedral for 3 nights and enjoyed our time there. The room was a smaller than I anticipated (we had an Executive Double which did not look like the pictures) but everything else was very good.
The staff was friendly, and we used the bar for coffee, drinks, and dessert.
I loved the location. While it was not easy for taxis and ride share options to find it is in a very walkable location.
I found exploring the city easy by foot. A nice plaza and the Barcelona...
It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.
International charger in wall was so exciting to find. All the staff were super friendly. Convenient location to plaza, dining and right next door to the Spanish 7/11 Ale Hop. Great location to walk to the beach and also get a cab a few steps across the street. You won’t lose your key bc you hand it in at the desk before leaving which is nice too. Thank you.
The location of the hotel was great, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of things to choose from. The staff was helpful with arranging a taxi to the pier. We only stayed one night before our cruise, but we would choose this hotel again if we are back in Barcelona.
Would recommend this location for anyone going to the port for a cruise or centrally located near La ramble st. Easy to walk to the metro or take a taxi. Great staff and breakfast. This is our second stay with them.
The hotel is in an excellent location near Las Ramblas & restaurants in Plaça Reial. Our room was very clean, spacious, & comfortable. We were impressed with the excellent staff, especially at the reception desk -- the employees spoke English fluently & were genuinely helpful about recommending restaurants, giving detailed directions, and giving us tips on how to say things in Spanish and Catalan!
I didn't stay at this hotel. I was moved to Hotel Suizo for some reason. They gave me a free taxi ride there. Hotel Suizo is a three star hotel and was excellent including the staff. Exceeded my expectations. Also, the wifi worked perfectly and was super fast.
