"Overall very clean and convenient for trip. A couple of things where the property needs to improve: Warm water in shower took forever to come out and then it went to an extreme - burning hot that lasted only a few minutes. Also we had a pipe breakage issue in the building which shut off water supply for a couple of hours. Also WiFi on TV continued to disconnect consistently.
The Arecibo property appears to still be under minor lower lever construction, not a big deal but inconvenient as had to use parking lot gate to exit building rather that main building doors.

"Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."
