"Very nice breakfast can use work"

"Check-in was quick, and I appreciated that parking was included. Unfortunately, the hotel is in serious need of maintenance. The bellman carts are difficult to maneuver on both carpet and tile, and the hallway carpets are rippling. In the room, the bathroom light fixture was damaged, the sink scratched, and the walls had mismatched paint. The caulking was poorly done, the thermostat was loose, and the AC shut off multiple times overnight. There were also rusted door hinges, stained walls, and yellowed light switches. The carpet felt so unclean that I laid down a towel just to walk on it. I booked this stay hoping for a good night’s sleep before the Cherry Blossom 10 Miler, but it was the opposite. While noise from hotel events wasn’t directly audible in my room, other guests made it one of the worst hotel nights I’ve experienced. Around 10:30 PM, after I’d been asleep for about an hour, the people in the connecting room (strangers to me) knocked on my door as a joke. I called the front desk and asked for security, but I’m not sure anyone came. The rest of the night was filled with hallway noise, loud conversations and slamming doors every 20–30 minutes, making restful sleep impossible."

"I’m sorry to leave a bad review, but it’s only so other people don’t stay there. It’s beyond dirty and I felt disgusting being in there. Receptionist was ok but the cleaning staff and condition of the hotel is not ok."
