"Great start and a good bed."

"Property was beautiful and well kept, like other sheraton properties I have stayed in. Staff was friendly and it felt safe and clean. The only issues I had, was the spectrum service in my room. It didn't work and the walls were very thin. I could hear the man coughing all night in the roommate to mine and could hear a dog barking in the middle of the night. Other than those 2 things, it was a great stay"

"We paid £500 for two days of waterpark and a room for a night, fo myself and my son. We got there no room availible to check in, so had to leave all oir belongings in the open. We stayed for 4 hrs as my son could see past the cleanliness, then left. I mentioned it to staff, but they just appeared happy to take our money. I basically paid £500 to spend 4hrs in a dirty, over crowded waterpark. Terrible experiance, and aligns with most peoplea views who have attended the park. This is on Expedia also, you should not be dealing with buisness this bad. "

"We had a great overall experience during our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff truly stood out—everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. At check-in, there was a temporary issue with the water line, which meant no water or AC for a couple of hours. While inconvenient, the situation was resolved, and everything ran smoothly afterward. The only concern came on the morning of checkout when we discovered our rental car had been hit in the parking lot. While this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it did bring some awareness to the parking situation. We initially believed the lot was reserved for guests, but it appears to be accessible to the public, and the entry/exit gates were not functioning at the time. Despite that experience, we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff and overall quality of the hotel made a lasting impression. With a bit more attention to parking security, this would easily be a perfect stay."

"The rooftop bar was awesome great atmosphere with delicious food and drinks. The hotel is amazing with great views and walking distance to so many different restaurants. "
