We arrived before check-in and Carlos, gracefully took our bags and sent is to have fun in PR. Within a couple of hours I got text saying that not only was the room ready but he had already placed our bags in our rooms which is extra special because it boutique style, there isn’t a elevator. The property inside is very nice and elegant. Didn't like that have to pay 25 dollars per night for parking when im paying to stay in here. Other wise everyone is amazing. And i appreciate them.
This is a very nice small boutique hotel in a super location to experience Old San Juan. A good part of the charm is the city itself loaded with historical sites, great eateries, shops and bars and the Villa Herencia is right in the middle of all this. Not only is a car not needed but is probably a handicap and unnecessary expense as parking and driving the old city streets is a challenge. We stayed here for a quick 4 night get away. We have many travels under our belt, and must say this resort was in our top 5. We usually stay at 5 star hotels from Tahiti to Ireland, and several caribbean islands and Mexico. We saw this hotel on the front cover of an islands magazine over a year ago and my husband said he wanted to be in that exact spot the model was, where ever it was. Very clean, cute little place at the end of a cul-de-sac that backs up to a forested area. Easy to follow check in instructions, super friendly and helpful staff. Nice sized room, everything in good working order. Again, super clean. Great value, definitely a great visit.
We were very happy with Villas de Playa II @ Dorado...the villa is in a secure location, close to many locations...shopping, dining, beaches, pool, activities and hanging out. Comfortable, clean and spacious accommodations. The villa was equipped with all essentials and even games, beach chairs and surf boards. Amenities were great, also, cable TV, internet / wi-fi, pool access, free parking. Would definitely recommend.
My husband, son and I spent the night prior to our cruise the next day. Property was clean and located very conveniently to restaurants. Staff were friendly and assisted us with finding transportation to cruise port.
