Had a wonderful stay for two nights at this B & B! The owners were so kind and the location was perfect. The only room left for the time we were there had us sharing a bathroom - however we never had any issues with the bathroom being busy/dirty. Our room was next to the bathroom - and we never even heard noise from it. Would stay here again 1000%!
Amazing stay!!! We stayed in the Hermit Crab and it was perfect for me and my wife. Plenty big enough with a nice size shower. We will definitely be back!
My reviews usually center around being within walking distance to a great cup of coffee--These cottages are within walking distance (just down the block) to great coffee--great seafood restaurants--and the grocery store across the street--and all of Nantucket town just around the corner! with basic needs met--all the beauty of a "home" right on the water by the yachts, and the joy of being in a great waterfront hotel. which includes daily maid service, and the freedom of staying in a hotel. ...
We hit the Goldmine… We absolutely love staying at this property in Nantucket right off the main path. It was quiet convenient, beautiful area and the really nice place to stay.
Absolutely beautiful house and we enjoyed the front porch!
The 21 Broad Hotel is a very comfortable boutique hotel. The service is terrific with a free breakfast and afternoon cocktails. Their downtown location is ideal with easy access to the best dining and only a few blocks from the ferries.
We chose this hotel because of its remote location. Being a half hour outside the port area, this hotel and its location is absolutely beautiful, with a quite harbor beach on one side and the rough and beautiful open ocean beach across the street. It's on the pricey side, but the flawless amenities, like-a-member-of-the-family service and beautiful location more than make up for it. My favorite parts? Being welcomed by name on first arrival and with a glass of champagne, using the (free) bikes...
The Beachside Hotel is a 10 out of 10 and I think it is the best lodging option on Nantucket.
1. Beautiful pool area, excellent service while at pool, plenty of towels etc
2. Food at pool is delicious
3. Arcade is adorable and genius idea
4. The room is perfectly decorated
5. The landscaping is stunning and beautifully maintained
6. The gym has all you need
7. The lobby is unique with cool bar
8. Coffee and donuts in the morning are a nice touch only thing there is maybe to have muffins too...
We loved Hotel Pippa. Wonderful, helpful staff. We especially loved the terrace between the two buildings where we enjoyed breakfast each morning and a glass of wine in the late afternoon. The only thing that could be improved: stronger coffee for the otherwise excellent continental breakfast.
This is a BEAUTIFUL property. Staff was helpful and friendly, we were in room 16 which I would highly recommend with its double sink and charming view with lenten roses in the window boxes. We had a poor experience at the correlating restaurant via mare, which we would decidedly NOT recommend. I think my only recommendation for management is to run their own restaurant and turn some of that space into a sitting area for guests with tea/coffee.
This was my first time on Nantucket and I hope to return - if I do I will definitely be staying at the Seven Sea Street Inn again. The location is perfect and very convenient for the town, whaling museum, shops etc. The inn is spotless and homely. Matt and the team are great at arranging activities/tours and are genuinely interested in their guests enjoyment of the Island.
If you need accommodation on the Island, look no further.
Conveniently located next to the airport, excellent shuttle service to downtown, friendly staff and probably the best breakfast buffet I've seen in recent years.
