"We had a very great time but it was awkward that the lady who checked us in was crap talking kids the whole time and that she wouldn't tell people with kids where one of the pools was because it's too nice for kids to be ruining it for everyone etc yet it had a kids splash pad there.. We had our four kids with us but not while we went inside to check in so it made me a bit uncomfortable but everything else was amazing and they were on top of everything else! Very happy with our stay and we will definitely be back!"
