"We were sceptical after all the other reviews on other platforms we read about the smoking sensors being triggered when no one was smoking in the rooms and being charged $500, we are non smokers so we were concerned by these reviews, but I am glad to report all was fine. We had a fab stay here, the bedrooms were clean spacious and comfortable (king city view). We were on 12th floor it was a little noisy Saturday evening but fine after that. The roof top bar was great and gave some good views. The location was brilliant being in Times Square and just around the corner from broadway (Lion king and Moulin Rouge) The subway only a few minutes away too. The hotel kept our luggage on check out day so we could explore the city still. I would book this hotel again. "
"Front desk staff were phenomenal and always kind. We always had a clean room. There were a few things that we needed, and the front desk took care of that very quickly. Every staff member we encountered were phenomenal."
