My first trip since my husband passed last year. Everyone was so friendly. I loved getting a text once I was in my room asking for any questions or concerns. Just had a few and they were answered immediately. I also loved the boards that listed local eateries even something for a sweet tooth, what else was available to do beside going to the beach. Hotel was absolutely beautiful, very clean. Central location to everything whether it is the beach, the stores, or downtown, you are less than 20 min to all. only thing i would say was one of the front desk staff women at night was not friendly at all upon arrival which was kind of disappointing but other than that, the rest of the staff was very pleasant. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone coming to Wilmington !
Stayed one night Easter weekend as we were in town to take care of some business. We were looking for a nice room close to where we visiting. Geographically this fit the bill. Reasonable rate, newer hotel, nice & clean room (quiet away from the busy street in front), very good breakfast selection (make your own waffles, hot oatmeal, pastries, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, cereals, etc.).
Second stay and the staff continues to be amazing. They are all so nice and beyond helpful. The room was clean and quiet. I will definitely stay here again!
The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and include many amenities - including mini fridge and microwave. Love the coziness, security, and excellent location of the Dry Dock Inn! Will definitely be back.
The best hotel we have ever stayed at. Extremely kind and caring staff from the time we checked in until we checked out. Staff were very accommodating. Very clean. Continental Breakfast was always fresh and delicious with the sweetest staff there ever was. Honestly, we felt like home with family during our 3 night beach combing stay. We will definitely return!

The breakfast was really good every morning. It was easy to get to and in a great location. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the bed was a little firm for my liking. Hallways were well lite. Very safe. Would definitely stay there again.

This Hotel is very clean, quite, and a great location on the riverfront. My wife and visit Wilmington alot, we have just found a perfect location for a quite getaway. We loved our room located on the 1st floor looking out on the river, and across to the U S.S North Carolina. Yes we will be staying here again in the near future. 10 out of 10 Stars.
Stumbled across this place when the closing for our house was delayed an extra day. Ended up staying an extra night just because we loved it so much. The Visionary room was beautiful, well appointed, with an amazing bathroom. Beds are super comfortable with really soft sheets. Breakfast
