"Great room, super clean and wonderful breakfast selection."

"Extra clean rooms especially the bathroom! I have a thing about showers that I havnt cleaned myself. Usually I can feel a layer of soap scum if it hasnt been cleaned well enought but the walls of the shower in our one bedroom suite was pristine. We had a third set of towels even though there was only two of us. Breakfast was superb! Bagels, bread, toaster, hot fluffy scambled eggs with topping options, perfectly crisp bacon, optional oatmeal with tons of toppings yogurt and and a make your own waffle station. Everything was great and the staff was very helpful and just nice which not a lot of people are these days. The outdoor pool was closed for winter and we were there one night for a comedy show so we didnt do much around the hotel except eat and sleep. On sunday breakfast ends at ten and a wonder I have never seen before is that check out is at 12 (noon). After filling our stomachs we went back to the room and took a nap after our late night. We woke up a little bit late and each jumped in the shower taking turns gathering all of our stuff and didnt get the keys back to the desk until 1215 but they didnt charge us for a late check out. The blanket situation seemed a little flat but they had a spare set of linens in the closet so I grabbed the extra blanket and it was perfect and the pillows were thick and fluffy, i want one for home! "

"The staff at the Columbus Airport Gahanna location was amazingly kind and courteous! I have difficulty getting around and they went above and beyond to assist me in various ways. I truly appreciate their willingness and patience in helping me during my stay! I'm grateful!! "

"Yes, by far one of the cleanest and well kept properties that we have had the pleasure of staying at, for sure. And also one of the best tasting breakfast bars in the mornings that weve had the enjoyment of attending and filling our bellies up on, yes quite good due to the circumstances and weather. You see I happen to have fractured my sternum the day before our departure to Obetz. But due to our quick accomadations to your wonderful little nook, we were able to pay our respects to the family of our dear friend Lee Gunderson, who passed away suddenly this past week, may he RIP, AMEN!!! Although this was a Sad occasion, somehow Holiday Inn Express always seems to try and help you get through rough spots of your Trip, honestly they really do. And so as always our Travels are made a little less painful during these kind of Occasions, and as always we send our upmost strongest Thanks during our time of need for Sympathy and Hardship.
