"Horrible experience. I reserved a room for 3 adults. When we check into the room it only had a king bed (no second bed and not even a pull-out couch). We inquired to the staff regarding the issue. The clerk at the counter was at a loss as to what to say. The manager's response was far worse. She immediately blamed the "third party vendor" (Expedia) that booked our room. I pushed further to see what they will do to make it right (e.g., switch rooms, get a role-away). Her response, "it is not our problem. You should go buy an inflatable bed from Wal-Mart". No other bookings were available in the area, so my son, who is 6'4" had to sleep on a chair in the room. Management provided ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. I am completed stunned they as they provided no help to their client. I will never stay there again and strongly advise all others to reconsider booking with them. "

"The hotel staff were very rude with kids being in the lobby. They now require you to buy all alcohol from the bar. I do believe this is a city ordinance and not just the hotel trying to siphon money. Parking is an absolute joke. The hotel has seen better days and is in need of a serious remodel."

"The hotel was very outdated. The rooms were big. The pullout couch was poor at best. The pillows were like sleeping with a piece of paper. The floors in the elevator and in the stairs were very dirty. They look like they possibly painted recently, however not well. The whole place need a remodel or to be torn down."

"Best hotel option in York, NE. Right off I-80 and having Applebee's restaurant right in the building is very convenient. The breakfast was a wide range of foods, all well maintained and stocked. The room was comfortable and the hotel was recently remodeled. Worth the slightly higher price than other hotels in the area."
