10/10 Excellent
"Very clean room, lots of dishes in the kitchen. The street noise was a lot at night. Not sure if there was a noisemaker but that would have helped. Also, a fan or some way to cool the room down. Staff was super friendly and helpful all the way!"
"I had valet and I needed help with grabbing my things and rolling them in to the room. There was no bellhop or help with this. Truthfully I struggled to grab my things.
Otherwise, everything else was great. "
"Staying at Heathman Lodge was wonderful! Location is superb, facility is clean and well-maintained, parking is easy, and staff is courteous. It must be hard to maintain a "rustic" lodge vibe and yet modern and clean. We will be back for more stays!"
