"The only reason I’m giving this a poor rating and not terrible is because of the staff being so nice. Other than that the photos are very misleading. This place is dirty. The balconies are rusted, we had bed bugs on our box springs, and dead bugs on the floor. Major water damage and mold. Also noticed the elevator license was absent and the elevator felt like it was going to collapse at any moment."
