"This a great little mountain cabin. It’s not ultra luxurious but it had everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and private. No toaster but everything else was fine in the kitchen. "

"The management was really responsive and kind. Overall, this place is average. There is no A/C, so be prepared if you come during the summer. It’s about 10-12 minutes from the main area in Big Bear. The property was quiet. "

"The Neighborhood is Beautiful! And The Cabin is Wonderful! We were able to enjoy a fire on the back deck, then have some jacuzzi time. The second night we lit a fire in the fireplace, ordered pizza and watched a movie. Loved the feel of the cabin! It was Clean, and felt very homey. And The Hosts are excellent! Super friendly, quick to respond and assist. Would definitely recommend!"

"We had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend so peaceful so quiet it was 27° last night and I was in the back patio barbecuing barbecue worked great had some nice big steaks. Everything in the house was great nice and comfortable nice and cozy. I would highly recommend Getting firewood like we did and build a fire in the fireplace. It was just magical. "

Large Family room where we played games. Overall we had a blast and i’d recommend to come stay. They also had a restaurant on grounds. And to add we were walking distance from the Village."

"The Arrowhead Tree Top Lodge is a hidden gem! The buildings look like a Swiss chalet. The room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. It had a lovely fireplace and large shower. I love that there are new floors and no carpet. The heater/AC unit was immaculately clean and worked perfectly. We stayed in the Fireplace Room with 2 Queen beds. It looks exactly like the photo on their site. The property has large grounds to walk around on, adjacent to the lodge with cool wood sculptures...

"Nice, quiet, neighborhood area. Close to food & local market. We enjoyed the spa. The Internet was unplugged, but we found the router and got it going (smart TVs). Overall it was a very nice stay."

"This is a very convenient stay, we were trying to escape from the area where we live because of the leaking and fumes of the gas tank in garden grove area, so this was a very good escape, this property was very clean And the check in person was very nice and fast."

"Stayed with my granddaughter and 2 great grandkids. Other than freeway noise it was very nice and would stay again. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good. Most important the beds were good and the room was VERY clean."
