Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
"The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was amazing! Best night of sleep I've had in a while!"
Casino Queen Hotel
"Perfect for what we needed. TV is small, but beds and room was big and comfortable. Casino, sit down restaurant isn't open until Wednesday, a few food court ones are. Staff was very friendly. Even though our room was ready, we were an hour early and had to pay an additional $30 to check in. Plenty of parking."
Marriott St. Louis Grand
"Clean room and bathroom. There was a line of 100 or more checking in, but it moved quickly."
Tru By Hilton St. Louis Downtown
"My stay overall was fantastic. Staff was attentive particularly the maintenance supervisor. An issue I had to deal with was there was no USB Type C ports in the ENTIRE hotel that worked. In fact the lamp on my room nightstand had a dual Port built into it with the old Type A and the new oval Type C style. Problem was the type C Port was broken. So I thought easy enough I'll go to the front desk or for that matter anywhere in the hotel where portals were set up but not a single one had a type C. There were literally dozens of electrical plug receptacles with type A ports but NONE type C. Not in the technology computer area, not in the workout room, not in any of the lounge areas, not ANYWHERE. I had to wait until the next morning to have my truck brought out of valet to charge my phone. I literally sat in my truck an hour and a half charging my phone. Ironically as I did the automatic lights were still on and I drained my battery until it was dead and the truck didn't start. The maintenance person got a hold of the security guard who had jumper cables and was gracious enough to jump my truck. I then let the truck idle for another 20 minutes charging up my truck battery and finishing my cell phone charge. From then on it was uneventful but I could no longer charge my phone. I was told by the front desk Hilton doesn't allow your hotels to have converter adapters. I say update your ports, all new cell phones are type C and everyone lives with their phone attached to hip!!"

"The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. Only problem was trying to get room service. I would call and call with no answer. I finally went down and they were not busy at all. Not sure what the problem was."
