"The property was very nice. Bright , airy, inviting fun. Loved the sun porches overlooking the water. There are a variety of room at various price points so be mindful. We got a bottom floor back room facing a fence & another building within a few feet. Within walking distance of everything. Staff was very nice & helpful (loved the birthday cupcake)."

"The room was comfortable and the parking was great. However, if a property advises that it has a pool, then the pool must be available at least some of the time. Because the property also acted as a health club for locals, the pool was never available for us. The pool has a limit of 4 people at one time, which is utterly ridiculous and not in line with pools at other hotels we stayed at locally. Also, there was no signage about this, and we weren't told about this verbally, so we only found out when health club users (extremely rudely) stopped us from entering the pool. When we discussed this with the hotel manager he took the side of the health club users and ignored their complete arrogance and unfriendliness. Clearly the hotel is more interested in money from locals than from hotel guests. The hotel manager's approach to this completely upset my wife. He came down to the poolside and ordered my wife out of the lane that she was using (which had one other person in) and then told us that she was not to use the pool again for the duration of our stay. From that point on, no-one on reception spoke to us, and when we checked out we weren't even thanked for staying there. We've stayed before at this property and especially booked a return to the area because of it. Our holiday was completely ruined by the attitude of some of the locals and the hotel management. We'll never come this way again."

"Fantastic ocean front location. Room was oceanfront with great view. Dusty room, floors kind of dirty. Property needs maintenance and upgrading."

"Nice location, close to town, shopping, hospital for appointments. Etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed in one of the jacuzzi. King bed rooms. It was really relaxing and nice, it had been renovated in the fall of 2025. Plus had 1st floor door to the pool area which was nice to get some fresh air and sun. I didn't have time to eat the breakfast this morning, I was in a rush. Sorry."

"I have been staying at this hotel for several years while visiting family in the area. I have come during all four seasons. Each time I am glad I stayed there. The place is well maintained, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good quality. I feel my car is safe in the parking lot as well. My Emotional Support Animal has also been welcomed at this nice hotel."

"Remote, TV, hardware on sink/tub, mirror...lots of fingerprints. The front desk reception/greeter made us feel we were disturbing her, no smiles upon greeting/check In. There was toast, dry bagels for breakfast ONLY, coffee wasn't even made!!! Parking was fine. Fire alarm with fire trucks had us evacuate at 3:30am. Smokers w/dog always blocking the entrance of door we entered/exited. Beds comfortable and they changed out towels each day, appreciated that. "

"Our room was huge and had a comforatble bed. It looked recently renovated and was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a rainy cold day so I asked for an extra blanket. I was given the blanket and offered a space heater which was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, pizza and sub shops, and the supermarket and ferry."
