"The Ugly: I had an issue with the lack of sound dampening from hallway noise. It was noticeable that there is no insulation around the room door. They also are loose when they closed and rattle when adjacent doors slam shut. Can hear hallway conversations as if the were in the room with you. Property management could easily remedy this with insulation around the door frames. Small investment to increase the quality of sleep for their guests. The Bad: Pool was drained and not in working order. And breakfast was $15 The Good: You can literally take public transportation (Marta Train and Bus) from the airport to the front door of the hotel. Love that the bus stops in front of the hotel in both directions. Once I learned that, I used it to get around the rest of the weekend. "

" I came here with my parents (70, 66) and my kids hoping for a simple, relaxing day, but it turned into a very stressful experience. We ordered food by the pool using the QR code. It took almost an hour, so I had to pick it up myself despite being charged a delivery fee. While we were eating, a supervisor told me they forgot to collect my incidental deposit. I clearly explained my card was in the room and I would bring it later. He said that was fine. Shortly after, my parents went upstairs and were locked out of the room. My father was still wet and became extremely cold. When my mom went to the front desk, she was told they would not open the room without a credit card. This made no sense. The key worked for hours and suddenly stopped right after I was asked for my card, which strongly suggests it was manually blocked without warning. I had already explained my situation and was clearly not going anywhere. This created a stressful situation where my parents were stuck, my father was unwell, and I could not leave my kids alone. I also felt uncomfortable with how we were treated, as if we might not pay. I work hard, run my own business, and would never behave that way. The next day, I was told an incident report would be made, but the manager was not aware of the full situation and offered only a $50 credit, which felt dismissive. We ended up leaving early. This situation was avoidable and handled poorly."

"From Valet to front desk to housekeeping, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was just as nice as the pictures and the location was very close to Piedmont park. We will stay again. "

"Surprisingly outdated facility for area. Parking in the bottom garage filled up quickly and did not offer a safe, protected feeling when going to and fro at night. Front desk staff not as inviting or cordial as you'd expect from a hotel, especially in the area."

"Great stay overall! The staff was friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and the atmosphere was nice and quiet. Breakfast was okay. The shower could’ve been a little cleaner, and I wish the room had an actual closet. There’s no microwave in the rooms, but there is one in the main hall for guests to use."

"The staff at the Hyatt Regency were so friendly and accomodating it made our stay that much pleasant. The room was clean and it felt fresh and airy. "

"Amazing hotel, great ambience. Was greeted with hot tea and a hot towel. The on site restaurant was amazing. The car service is nice to have and who doesn’t love a ride in a Porsche? Rooms were stacked with everything, super clean. The lighting in the room was amazing with three modes. Bed was comfy and I wasn’t mad at the view. I didn’t hear any noise from the hallway, at all. Close to Lennox Mall and Phipps Plaza. Plenty of food options nearby, as well. Definitely worth the cost."

"The breakfast bar was good. However, there were so many guests, there were no plates at times and some food items were not there. I also suggest that an additional coffee machine be added. There were times when 5 to 6 people were in line for coffee. The staff were very pleasant and looked like they were working hard. "
