We had a great stay at Bridal Veil B&B. We had the whole downstairs and even though there are two bedrooms downstairs, the owners only rent to one party at a time. That meant the two of us had complete privacy and didn't have to share the bathroom. It was like having our own little condo! The owners are very friendly, warm, and eager to make your stay very comfortable.
The hotel was very nice, looked new and smelled great. The rooms were very nice and the bed super comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The staff was very nice.
We arrived after the office was closed and found that our rental cabin had not been clean. We contacted the owner and he was absolutely amazing. He upgraded us to another cabin and we had a wonderful time. He was very apologetic and concerned about us having a good time while we were there. I would highly recommend this property
This nicely renovated hotel on the main street in Ouray was the perfect place to stay. Nice views of the mountains, great location, and although the front desk is open limited hours--the people working there are very welcoming and very helpful. I will come back!
Really love the property and the woman who ran it was so so wonderful. She gave me great tips and advice on things to do and was just very personally attentive to me as a lodging person —totally love my stay there. Will stay again.
The hotel we usually stay at in Ouray was fully booked so we decided to try the China Clipper based on the reviews we read. We’re so glad we did. Our room was amazing and Charles and Melissa were wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back.
The Matterhorn Inn is centrally located near the Main Street in Ouray and is walkable to everything you would want to go do. The rooms were clean, the service was fantastic and we will absolutely stay here for all future visits to Ouray!

I really enjoyed my stay here in Ouray. The hot spring pool was definitely one of my favorite parts—it was so relaxing after a long day of exploring and hiking. The staff were also very nice, kind, and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant.
The room didn’t have a refrigerator, which would have been nice to have, but overall I was still very satisfied with my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Ouray!
Clean, spacious and quiet. Owner left key in lock boxes with clear instructions for those arriving after office hours. Beds were comfortable. parking was right in front of the room. Breakfast is grab and go.
