"We arrived late, and they were able to help us assigning rooms but once we were inside one of the rooms, the bed cover was dirty and had spots on top showing poor cleaning or not replaced from previous occupant, also spots of blood, found dead roaches on the side of the bed frame, we also found signals of bed bugs on the edges of the mattress, we asked for replacement sheets to cover the complete bed and try to sleep. This was the room for my daughter and my grand children, they couldn’t sleep and moved together to sleep in one bed but in the morning the kids had rush in their face and arm, TV didn’t work, restroom was improperly clean and they kill a roach and the shampoo container was empty. Early in the morning they moved to my room to try to rest. In my room phone didn’t work to call front desk, toilet was unsafe (was moving when was needed to use, we have pictures and before we left the facility. I asked the front desk guy for a help in reference and if it was possible to refund me the money at least for one room due to the number of complaints and he said those little animals were from the humidity and grass coming from outside the area, that the rooms were properly clean and that will be better to send and email with my concern to their management to consider and must include pictures that I have of course and will be done. Overall not recommended. I have more stuff to say but this will be enough"

"Check-in did not go well due to third-party global wide reservations being down so I didn’t check in until after 11 also was not able to cancel two of the three bookings that was made trying to figure out what was going on with the check-in which originally was for seven days king size room in addition to that security of the side door next to my room 102 was compromise by one of the hotel, assistant maintenance workers who refused to secure the door and stated to me that it was more convenient to leave the door wedged so that they could come in and out at their leisure after talking with the front desk supervisor, I secured the door myself and ask to be moved to a different floor in the hotel for my security. "

"My room was very poor. The TV remote did not work. The shower head was crusted over with brown stains all over. The bathtub has a big hole on it that water obviously drained into it as the whole room smelled musky."

"Room was clean. Breakfast does not provide much other than cereal, waffles and bread items. Suggest the property invest in washcloths other towels where good."

"The effort to show a clean and well maintained room is worth noting however, when closely examined, the room I was occupying had rusty areas on the hangers and closet rod. Signs of possible mildew issues. Also the holder for the iron was filled with old spider webs"

"There was no attendant at the front desk at check in. It was a video attendant not on property. Beds were rock hard. Very run down and dingy."
