Was great with exception if packaged food breakfast. We don’t eat lots if carbs so we did not eat any of it. The bottle water was good as we were headed to Newport.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Graduate New Haven; it did not disappoint. The bed and sheets are very comfortable. Room design is visually pleasing and logical. I also appreciate the quality of service. The text message line is efficient and convenient and staff are friendly. Furthermore, the hotel’s location is very accessible for getting across New Haven.
We simply loved everything, clean, tidy, the staff were super polite and attentive. I checked out later and they took great care of me. The town is amazing, we will definitely be back again.
The bed was amazing. The only complaint that I have is that the room that we were in there were lamps on the wall right behind the headboard and I kept hitting my head on one every time I moved on the bed sitting up. Other than that there's a pretty cool place to stay the shower oh my goodness. Somebody needs to get a raise whoever decided to put that shower higher it made it awesome.
This place was perfect for a family. Clean rooms. A Walmart and Aldis directly across the street. Texas Roadhouse right next store in the same parking lot. I felt very comfortable having a drink at the restaurant next store while my teens enjoyed the pool. The front desk staff were so helpful!

Cons: no free breakfast. Pillows; my sister said her pillows were to soft. I found them quite nice. Seems to be a preference. The Tv was rather small for two queen beds to share (around 30 inches).
