"We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 4 nights. The location is great - we walked to most places we wanted to see, including catching an evening movie at a theater a few blocks away. The hotel is clean, has an adequate gym, and staff are helpful. Our room had a great view of the city, and had a refrigerator and a safe."

"Our male check in host was friendly and went out of his way to answer questions and meet our requests. He was friendly and you could tell he loved his job. He really set a great tone for the feel of the property. The room was clean and we loved the natural light in our room. I appreciated the power strips with lots of plugs! We also appreciated the drink machine with hot chocolate in the morning. Not sure about parking because my husband parked the car. I have back issues so the bed was too soft for me but it was fine for my husband. The pillows were too stuffed and tall for my neck. That is the one thing I would suggest is maybe an option for a thinner pillow. We had a great stay!"

"It is close to the airport and restaurants are within walking distance. Our room was very spacious and clean with everything we needed. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver that picked us up at the airport was extra helpful and brought our luggage all the way into the hotel. Now, the driver that picked us up at the hotel was extremely rude. My husband has a mobility scooter that folds up and fits in the back. The driver did not want to deal with it and kept yelling at us that we needed to order a disability van. The man at the front desk ordered it for us. I was showing the driver how the scooter could fit and he grabbed it while my hand was on it and violently tossed the scooter so it rolled over and in the process I hurt my hand. This is a very expensive scooter! He was also rude to the other passengers in the shuttle. He drove like a maniac and we were so frazzled when we arrived at the airport. The United employees at the airport were exemplary. I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I could be assured we wouldn’t have that driver!"
