"Room large and clean and quiet food for breakfast by pass settle for coffee. Waited 35 minutes check out no when there just says will be back .roof top bar and patio no one seems no how to attend to customers too busy with family members feeding them and talking.. girl leaving in 2 weeks only one who seem to care Interact with customers . About 4 customers there and poor singer outside singing to no one .. try food up there wings $22 for ten were crispy . Suggest u have a rep downstairs in lobby near elevator promoting instead of being on 4th floor hoping for the best Overall ok to stay wouldn't not recommend eating there. Drive to Niagara 10 miles away better serve your pocket and stomach"

"the hotel is a little outdated, the toilet kept clogging and we were told that the toilet has a “water saving” feature. We did not have enough toilet paper, we had to keep asking for it. The complementary breakfast was ok."

"The location is grand for the area and interstate access and the parking pleantiful. Breakfast buffet could be improved. When checking in no mention was done about the breakfast for week and weekends. No mention ofthe bar."

"Raj at the front desk went above and beyond to help me during our stay. We had mistakenly not realized our booking was for one night and not two. My wife and I were across the border visiting our son and the hotel could not reach us to correct. Raj remembered me from checking in as I was distressed after forgetting a passport. She took it upon herself to intervene with the manager and extend our room and leave our items and dog in the room. She was a lifesaver and we really appreciated the kindness."

"When we got there, they had no room available for us! We weren't the only ones, there were other very unhappy people in the lobby."
