In general the property was pretty well taken care of. Conveniently located, away from the overcrowded Helen area. The room was spotless, pet friendly. We were very happy with the room.

Very friendly staff. Only stayed one night. No issues. Treadmill in gym worked great. Think I ran about a bajillion miles at a gazillion miles per hour. Breakfast was OK. Stuck to fresh waffles and boiled eggs. Would have rather ate in town. Main part of Helen is walking distance, about .5 miles.

What a lovely spot! Frank is a wonderful host that cares about your comfort and happiness. Thank for a great visit and will definitely be back if we are in the area again! Highly recommend Mountain Air Cottages!

The host of the Sautee Inn are very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the late night dessert. Nearby we ate at Mully’s which also was also excellent. Great place to stay when visiting Helen GA.

Nice facility. We were in the off season so it was really quiet. Great location.

Hidden gem…. You need to go and experience for yourself! 5 Star in service and the location of this place Thank you so much and we will be back!

Great location and definitely will stay again. Walking distance to just about everything. No elevator but the stairs weren’t too bad. We were on the 3rd floor over looking the little river with a balcony! Just remember to get/bring towels to the pool they don’t have any there. Parking was great also, we have a truck and sometimes parking is a problem.

Fantastic hotel, right in the center of town....30 seconds walk to the nearest pub....30 seconds past that and you are in the main square. Hotel looks traditional from the outside but has many modern touches within such as iPads in reception and electric charging stations for cars. Rooms were modern without completely going against the overall ethos of the building. Clean, welcoming....would totally recommend!

Got in after office hours and was able to get a door code for our room no problem.

We loved our stay at the Old Storehouse Inn! It is located only a block off of town square making it very easy to have a walking stay. The room was nicely furnished and we had a lovely balcony off of the room to enjoy the evening. We will stay here when we return to the area.

We were booked to stay in the eco cabin but with wedding attire we could not manage the trek up the hill. They moved us to a room and were very nice and great to work with.

Room was large, clean and fresh and new carpeting. Even had a nice sized table with chairs that were convenient for eating a bite or playing a game together. Breakfast was excellent even including hot eggs and sausage! Oh, there was even a non-slip mat in the bathtub with was very reassuring for this person still healing from a knee replacement.

This is an older hotel, but our room was in very good shape, as well as very clean. The staff is both competent and friendly. The continental breakfast is what you would expect, but the breakfast area is quite small. There is a blind curve close to the hotel entrance; the speed limit is 40, but some of the cars travel very fast, so be careful. We were almost hit.
