"We booked this hotel specifically so our kids could swim for their birthdays. Unfortunately, the pool was closed each time we attempted to use it. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told there was an issue with the pool chemicals. As a result, the pool was not open on Saturday evening or Sunday morning prior to our departure. The front desk staff were unable to provide a clear timeframe for when the pool would reopen and indicated that it was unlikely to be available during our stay. This was particularly disappointing since access to the pool was a primary reason we chose this hotel for our visit."

"The hotel amenities and staff were excellent! From 10:00 PM to 3 AM. There was nonstop street racing that was so loud I thought they were in my room. I did not sleep at all! When I mentioned it to the front desk at check out they said “yeah it happens all the time. You should’ve called the police”. Really!? Love the hotel will never stay there again."

"The hotel was very nice, clean, spacious and well decorated. The staff were all very nice and attentive. The hotel was very nice. The only problem I had was a very present loud buzzing noise that persisted throughout the entire night. It never relented. I couldn’t find the precise source to see if I could turn it off so I had to do my best to try to ignore the humming buzzing sound. It sounded like an alarm was going off somewhere in my room and couldn’t be tuned off. Other than the incredibly annoying buzzing alarm constantly sounding in my room, it was a decent hotel. "
