"I contacted the hotel prior to my stay to request a microwave, but upon arrival I was told the hotel doesn’t have microwaves at all. This was inconvenient since I brought food with me that I couldn’t use. I also confirmed ahead of time that my room would have a shower, but it actually had a bathtub instead. During my stay, I found a cockroach in my room. I reported it to the front desk, and they were willing to move me, which I appreciated. There are very few accurate guest photos online, so it’s hard to know what to expect from the rooms. Additionally, one of the light switches in the room was damaged, and the mattress was very soft. On the positive side, the hotel was clean overall and had some enjoyable amenities. Overall, I was disappointed due to the inconsistencies and issues during my stay."

"The room is very nice. My only problem is since i been here my internet does not work at all. Which is very very disappointing. Also my first night i stayed i arrived from another state a 3am. Now i had already pre paid for 2 nights. The lady at the front desk threatened to cancel my reservation and charge me a second time for the 2 nights i already pre paid for. I thought this was some scam stuff. I never had a hotel try to charge me twice for my reservation!!!!! This made me very upset. So she was very rude. The other ladies during the day were very nice and warm and welcoming tho. Also i thought the pool would be open but its not. And its okay i know you guys are renovating. The breakfast is delicious. "

"Property is aging andin disrepair. Ceiling cracked with visible water damage. Staff highly responsible and helpful. "

"I will NEVER and I mean NEVER go back there. They charge me for everything including the 2 complimentary water in the room. I've stayed at all types of hotels around the country and the majority give you at the least a contintal breakfast. The lady was how can i say, she wasn't color blind, but there was one tht was and she made sure we were happy, she wanted to give my wife and I some stuff but that wasn't why we spoke to management. So we refused it finished our stay and left. So if you asked me if you should no would be my answer."

"Room was clean, previous guest broke the tv but it wasn’t that big a deal. Liked the online check in and app based door key. Staff was lovely. "

"We did not have a great night. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows had barely any stuffing in them. Our bathroom door did not shut, and the toilet paper holder was about ready to fall off the wall. The breakfast was so so. It would’ve been nice to have maybe some meat available, however, the coffee was fresh and hot and very much appreciated since we did not get much sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know."
