"We had a three-night stay in early May 2025. The room was fine. However, housekeeping apparently didn't visit our room even once during our three-night stay – not even to empty wastebaskets, much less straighten the room. We expect better."

"I was told breakfast was at 6:30. We needed to be at our son's to avoid morning traffic to the airport and he needed to go to work after dropping us off at the airport. we arrived in the lobby at 6:28. at 6:40 i ask the desk clerk if i had misunderstood what time breakfast would be. He was extremely helpful and said she was running late. At 645 the breakfast lady came out and said she was running late and she knew we had flights to catch. I rolled my eyes as she said it and she then proceeded to tell me she knew how disappointed i was and i could come on in. and then she said If you want to eat your breakfast unprepared go ahead!! I never said i wanted french toast, eggs, or sausage. I just needed something to eat with my medication and to be able to be at our sons to have him get us to the airport on time and him to work. I even said to lady. i am sorry to upset you and she refused to talk to me! Everyone else in this motel evey time we stay here has been EXTREMELY POLITE and we have been EXTREMLEY HAPPY but this breakfast lady was not like the rest! I would have eaten yogurt or a bagel or cereal of which were all out but she didn't open the doors until almost 650. that's 20 minutes late!"

"If you like barking dogs all night and not so clean rooms this is for you. I was very disappointed. I stayed four nights and the last two days I would not eat the breakfast. Just horrible. Don’t recommend "

"I must say, I had an amazing and relaxing stay at Royal Park. The pictures truly don’t do it justice; the property is absolutely beautiful, picturesque, and incredibly charming. It’s located in a quaint area and manages to feel both luxurious and cozy at the same time. The staff was wonderful; everyone was so kind and welcoming. I had breakfast at Park 600, and it was excellent. The portions were very generous, and the Peach Palmer drink was absolutely delicious. My room was excellent as well. The creek view was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Although the hotel was very busy, especially in the lobby with multiple events taking place, you would never know it once upstairs in the room. It was quiet, serene, and I slept like a baby. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive, adding to the overall pampered experience. I loved every bit of my stay here. Next time, I’ll definitely take advantage of the valet parking just to elevate the pampering experience even more. I traveled to Rochester from Massachusetts for a graduation, and after all the festivities, I genuinely looked forward to returning to the hotel each night. Wonderful place, oh and the lobby smells divine!"

"I know someone new bought the Inn on Ferry St, but that doesn't excuse the extremely dusty condition of my room, or the lack of any type of window shade to block the sun out. I've stayed at the Inn several times before COVID, and this new owner may want to restore some of the amenities that made staying at the Inn feel more home-like with breakfast for example. I checked in when it was raining and the clerk didn't offer any assistance on getting to my room that was outside and two buildings down. When I got in the is building I discovered steep stairs and then a different flight of steep, but narrow stairs to get to my room. Why don't they offer to help you get your bags to your room? I would gladly tip for the help. The location is great, but when the woman asked me how my stay was at check out and I told her the truth, her response that the new owner was doing a multi-million dollar renovation. How does that apply to the cobwebs and dust along the top raiing and vents to my room?"
