"I usually stay at Embassy Suites hotels during my travels, but unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. The hotel was not clean, parking was always full, and breakfast was cleaned up too early every morning. We stayed for 3 days, and our room was never cleaned. I had to personally ask for towels and shampoo. On the first night, we even had to change rooms because the bathtub was not draining properly. Overall, we had a very uncomfortable stay, and sadly, after this experience, I don’t think I will choose Embassy Suites again"
