"The room was alright just smelled a bit funky. It also felt like I was the only one in the whole place so that was a bit unnerving. Aside from that I can’t really complain. Staff was cool"

"Breakfast was great! But the room was lacking. The door to the closet was broken and not functioning. The cabinets and stove in the kitchen were very dirty, greasy prints on the cabinet doors. Microwave had filthy streaks like someone took 2 seconds to smear over it. "

"The room was exceedingly clean, remarkably so. That was good. However there was such a strong air freshener / cleaning product smell that it was hard to breathe and I had to take allergy meds. This makes me not want to stay here again, despite the impressive cleanliness. The windows did open, but only one stayed open on its own. The blackout / privacy curtains were not designed to close and the thin curtains were not enough to insure privacy, had to change in the bathroom. I was able to charge my EV next door at the level 2 charger at the dispensary, which was very helpful. "

"We could not stay there as the place was dilapidated, and had scary characters hanging around. We are requesting a full refund but Expedia and the hotel are fighting it. "

"This is the most disgusting hotel ive ever stayed in. If I was able to drive i would have gotten the heck out of their the minute i walked in. They had cockroaches climbing the walls in broad daylight. The tub and shower were nasty and unusable. The breakfast couldnt have been worse. Do not stay here. "

"Customer service was extremely poor. Rashheda was fabulous getting me in early, but that’s it. The amenities were terrible.. one pack of coffee, one sugar and one creamer and that’s all you get in your room. Are you kidding me? You turn on the heater or the air conditioner it’s so loud that you have to turn it off or you can’t hear the TV… no outlets in the bathroom when you’re getting ready to go somewhere. Extremely poor customer service… people weren’t nice people weren’t helpful. I would never staythere again."
