From the check in person to those who were in the hallway to the person who kept the breakfast area filled, all the staff greeted us and were helpful.
I was especially impressed with the care given in the breakfast area. She truly wanted to serve and make sure everyone had what they needed.
We enjoyed are stay! the staff was pleasant and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we didn't need anything, Our room was very clean despite the age of the building. The price was reasonable too. It was very quiet around there. I would much rather stay there then some big hotel with a lot of people running around make noise. I would definitely stay there again.
There were feather beds in rooms. She has seating areas outside the rooms and the rooms were all non smoking. It was more like staying with Grandma instead of a motel.
Location very convient to main Hwy, shopping and food. Easy access to property, without fighting traffic to get in and out. Breakfast was the excellent. Easily one of the best, of this type, that I have had.
We LOVE the OCALA HILTON, it has been an icon for the Community. I hate to hear that the owners are going to paint the ICON something other than the beloved PINK. IT JUST WONT Be the same. We are not Animal owners, so having so many DOGS checking in with their owners is disheartening.
My stay was great other than the bed. In my room which was room 120 . The bed in that room is worn out, it has a indentation on it.so it's like sleeping in a whole.lol other than that the hotel was great all the way around.
I needed to arrive very late and the hotel's communication to make preparations for me were very good. I needed to cut my trip short, and the hotel was very helpful in making changes to my itinerary and invoice. I would definitely stay at the Ocala Cove Motel
A few things.. I stay in 5 star properties a lot. And this is one of the few that allows the public to roam the entire hotel. Most others would require a room key to get on a guest floor.. people not staying there were roaming the halls. I find this a major security issue that really needs to be addressed by you.. this police would seriously affect my staying there in the future.
Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Super clean, quiet an accommodating. The gym had very impressive equipment as well. The breakfast bar was basic but satisfactory. Coffee and tea available 24/7. I will definitely book with them in the future!
