A quiet, very clean little hotel tucked away off I90. Lovely pool area to enjoy with lots of furniture. Good pricing and they even gave me an upgrade because they had a room available with a pool view. Very happy!
Very nice property well maintained and quiet. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and tastefully decorated. Only complaint I had was turning the tv on or off it “chimed” at a very loud level regardless of tv volume.
Easily the best hotel experience I have ever had. The cleanest most respectful staff in the land. I think this experience was so good because it’s Chinese owned. Just top to bottom flawless experience. Ps don’t miss the morning breakfast! It Was restaurant quality and also has so many options. Only thing I could complain about is no hot tub:( but does have a pool:)
The staff I interacted with everyday at the Watertown Hotel during my 4-night stay there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. House keeping is offered every other day, which works perfect for me. Room amenities, such as coffee was not automatically refilled during room cleaning. But you can easily ask for them at the front desk. They served pineapple shaped sugar cookies daily at the lobby, which give someone who has a sweet tooth something to...
We elected to not have the daily housekeeping in exchange for a $10 daily food/drink credit. However the bar was way too crowded to use it so we didn’t get to redeem it. Other credit options would be nice to have since we saved the hotel wages paid to housekeeping by doing this.
Also, it would be nice to have a mini fridge rather than a mini bar in the room.
The hotel is across from a Target, a block from Pikes market and an easy walk(with luggage), to Westlake train station. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site( Ben Paris) has really good food. But the best thing is the bed!!!!
College Inn Hotel is exactly what it claims to be. There were no surprises for us. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the fresh air with open windows at night was perfect. We never encountered anyone in the bathroom and enjoyed having our own sink, towels, and blow dryer in bedroom. The location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!
