Leopard Mountain Lodge is probably in my top 3 hotels/lodges for the combination of service, facilities, food, and experience. Cannot recommend enough.
We are from Australia and travelling around the world by bicycle. We had a lovely warm welcome and made to feel nothing was too much trouble . Very pleased to be able to safely store our two bicycles. We enjoyed all the facilities so much that we stayed an extra night. Very relaxing ambience and we enjoyed our day off the bikes . We had reservations for three nights but we had such a good time we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The owners were terrific! Rose was so great at organizing things for us and having great ideas for each day and night. Her meals were terrific and both Rose and Mike enjoyed cooking and having good conversations about the area and knowledgeable about everything. High-end service expectations met on all levels. Game drives were exceptional with very knowledgeable and customer driven guides. Facilities, while limited, were superb in every way. Very accommodating staff in all areas. Food in the dining room was gourmet level.
We had a lovely time. You are able to walk around the game area without assistance and see the animals close up. Some wart hogs lived under our room. Breakfast and Dinner were provided and were delicious. We asked for the recipe and was given it by email, so we can now enjoy making dinner and remembering of the wonderful time we had.
The rooms are very neat and spacious. The property is in town closer to the shops. The room had a bar frigde, and kettle with cups and glasses, but no microwave, and no plates.

The property is beautiful and I loved the boardwalks through the forest. The staff was very helpful, professional, and friendly - they went out of their way to accommodate me as a vegetarian and the chef made a delicious curry even though it wasn't on the menu. Thank you for the lovely stay!
