Quality Inn & Suites New Hartford - Utica
8/10 Good
"Very clean. Coffee maker and one lamp didn’t work. No instructions on how to use TV. No elevator, so when you book [if handly capped] book a first floor room. Bagels went to fast. Had to get there at 6:30 to get one. Note in room , no house keeping unless asked for. I didn’t ask didn’t need. Offered twice at the door and once by phone. Overall a very quiet peaceful stay."
