"Great staff, nice rooms, super location, quiet ac, Breakfast was amazing , even gave you coffee to go. Would stay there again. The only negative is that the rooms are not remotely Soundproof. But everything else is great"

The water pressure in the shower could be higher, but let’s be honest, we’re in the Great Basin and you shouldn’t expect them to waste water. A really nice experience. Try the wings at Jack’s next door - crispy and crunchy and delicious."

"I think overall it could be a great place, but it is seriously understaffed. There was always only one person at the front desk, and he or she is also managing the maintenance as well. Our room was always clean and spacious. The cleaning lady did her job fine. But when we checked in, the spare blanket and sheets for the sofa bed ware dirty. I had to go to the front desk to get clean ones. Also we did not have a toaster or kitchen towel for the kitchen, so we went to the front desk again. The reason we had to go the front desk, is that the phone at the front desk was not working, ie, it cannot take any calls. The receptionist at the frond desk tried very thing to help, but lacking of staff is really the problem. Did I mention that the shampoo holder in the shower just came off and never went back on there? They probably just did not have the right people to fix it. Anyway, all the problems above did not really bother us. But the property could be managed better. "

The place is so close to the park, but it is also so close to restaurants, shopping, and park transportation. We will stay here every time we're in the area.
