Street entrance is strange, as black glass, so no idea what’s behind, but once inside, you are met with a beautifully decorated reception/ breakfast area. The studio was a very good size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "The hotel was very central with bilbao city centre just outside the door. It was very fresh, clean rooms and super helpful staff. Breakfast was good with a big assortment from bread, yoghurt to customized omelett."

"Hotel was very convenient whilst attending the European Rugby Finals and exploring Bilbao. Rooms were perfectly adequate for our needs though the configuration of the bathroom area was slightly unusual! Breakfast on our first morning was very basic so we ate elsewhere after that (Definitely recommend the nearby Bramar). Staff attitudes were quite mixed!"
