I booked this gem last minute and I’m so glad I dod so. The rooms have had recent upgrades, not depicted in the photos, and there’s a clean, modern look with a practical layout and amenities. In addition to the standards of the room, and a very comfortable bed, mine included a mini-fridge, which was a bonus. Bathrooms were also refreshed and modern with tall showers and a clean feel. The Auberge is really nice and they were so friendly. We had our best time there. The breakfast was so delicious. Different Crêpes on the terrace. The mood was fantastic.
The room, bath, kitchen, sitting area were fantastic. The kitchen was really well supplied, and to our surprise, Luc had a full breakfast ready for us even though we were leaving early.
This hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff was so welcoming, and the homemade breakfast was delicious and delivered with kindness. Our room was upstairs and had a gorgeous view of the green fields, and rivers and mountains in the distance. The room had a fireplace (we didn't use it) and a tub with shower in the room. We drove 10 minutes into Baie St. Paul for dinner, as the restaurant was closed the night we were there, and found many great options.
My stay (3 nights) at Auberge was very charming. The owners and staff were so friendly. My view of the frozen St. Lawrence was spectacular, where the beautiful church across the street was also a sight to see as the sun rose each morning. We stayed here for 1 night because we wanted to see the whale watching the next day. Perfect location. It was only 1 hour from the hotel to the whale watching site. Easy nice drive.

We stayed in a two bedroom cabin that was new, clean, spacious, and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the river and how calm and peaceful it was. I highly recommend this hotel.
I love B&Bs and my partner prefers hotels. This place was a lovely compromise of both. Quaint, friendly, and very welcoming for me and most of the amenities my partner wants.
The bed was comfortable, the meals were delicious, and the area is gorgeous.
Comfortable room on the 3rd floor with updated furnishings and a lovely bathroom. Do be careful about the dormers to not smack your head!
Note that parking is shared with the restaurant (book ahead, the food is great!), so if you are arriving back late the lot may be full. However, we never had any issues.
