Great place, is all-inclusive. The room had a nice view and was super clean. Pool nice a large and great modern lobby area for an evening drink. It seems like a great place for families: they had kids activities and music in the evening.
If you come by train, you need to get off at Letojanni station. No taxis in that station, but a 2 or three blocks walk (hard bec. of luggage on cobblestone) and you can go into a tunnel at the bottom of the hill and there you find an elevator that takes you to...
We had the corner room with a balcony on the 1st floor. The room was great. Perfect for the two-day stay we planned for some beach fun. Also access to the train is a mere 9 minute walk. We spent some time checking sites in Taormina.
It would be difficult to overstate just how wonderful this place is. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious, the breakfast is wonderful, the owner is absolutely phenomenal (he even assisted me with gassing up my car before we left!), and the pool is absolutely magnificent…I’ve never seen a nicer pool outside of a resort!
The staff was wonderful. They even met us at the square and navigated our car up into their parking area. They just went over and above doing anything they could for us! The cottage was roomy, decorated nicely and super clean. The staff brought us anything we needed and even let me know when the spa was ready after it went down for 15 minutes. The views from the cottage were superb- from the terraces all the way out to the sea, and the garden with it's citrus and vegetables draped everywhere....

We loved our stay at Hotel Medousa. The staff was very welcoming and happy we were there. It’s a smaller staff and it was great to get to know each other!
