I had a problem in my room water was leaking and the prompt attention and I was quickly moved to another room. With apologies for the inconvenience and complementary snacks & water. Carol was awesome receptionist also the one that came in after her. I forget her name but she personally walked me to my room. She did everything to make my stay joyful and memorable. I will definitely stay again.

H10 Madison was an excellent hotel. It is in a great part of the city with many attractions you could easily walk to. The hotel itself was always very clean. Staff were super helpful and always had a smile for you. We tried the breakfast a few times while there and it was very good but at 24 euros per person is a little expensive. The room was nice and the aircon worked good, bed was comfortable. Ceiling fan in out room was appreciated as it was warm there when we stayed Oct 9-14. Taxi service...

It was walking distance to the great shopping stores. I like the tourist areas that were close by. Also, the staff were very friendly, and the design of the lobby was amazing. I loved the museum pieces in the lobby. We received a nice bottle of champagne the first evening. It was a lovely surprise. Also the unlimited mini bar was a great treat.
Absolutely loved this hotel. It was close to walk to everything you need to in Gothic area, and has neighbors to some really cute tapas and cocktail bars. It was simple and clean, affordable. The area felt very safe, we were two 30 year old girls traveling— walked everywhere we needed to at all ours of the day and night. Very close to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!
The amazing H10 metropolitan staff really outdid themselves! They gave really thoughtful gifts and I wish every hotel had outstanding of a service and friendly staff. Great location, great room very comfortable when the heart of the Plaza. Highly recommend and I will stay there again!
Great value. I had a twin room and booked my mom a deluxe (I'm nice) so we got both ends of the experience, can say both were very good value for what we paid. Lobby is trendy and clean. My mom's deluxe room felt luxurious and had a great view, mine was a tiny but incredibly efficient twin room that was everything I needed, great shower, plenty of storage space, incredibly inexpensive for the location. Easy access to everything you could want.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was always ready to help and the breakfast was very good. The best thing is the proximity to so many places! The hotel room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was always eager to help and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Vincci Mae. It was located near plenty of stores and just a short distance from the city center. The only thing that caught me off guard was that my room came with two twin beds that were pushed together rather than one king or queen bed, which I would've preferred. I didn't complain about that because everything was so amazing and the bed was still comfy.
Nice hotel with good amenities in a great part of town - very easy to get around, minutes from the beaches and Las Ramblas, without being in the overly-touristed areas. Would stay again
International charger in wall was so exciting to find. All the staff were super friendly. Convenient location to plaza, dining and right next door to the Spanish 7/11 Ale Hop. Great location to walk to the beach and also get a cab a few steps across the street. You won’t lose your key bc you hand it in at the desk before leaving which is nice too. Thank you.
