Hotels in Solaize

We (2 adults) came for 4 nights to explore Lyon our our way to Voiron. Bikube is an adorable hotel with many accommodations for food or just lounging around. Our room was queen with a small kitchenette. It was perfect for our needs as we spent most of our time wandering Lyon. This hotel is not in the city center but across from a metro stop and a 5 minute walk to a tram which goes straight to the main train station. Tons of cafes and restaurants around. The hotel is very comfortable. They have free water refilling station in the lobby. Breakfast had extensive choices.

Lovely apartment, concierge was very helpful and polite. Good size for a family of four for an overnight visit.

There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.

Comfortable room, very convenient location. Accessible via all modes of transport.

Best feature is proximity (within a few minutes of walking) to transportation (across the street express train to/from airport, metro station, high speed train station). There is a mall next to the hotel. We are not too crazy about the fast food restaurants there, but they are convenient for emergency situation. Great location and an excellent value. Guests expect reasonable TV coverage. In this instance reception was scrambled and was entirely French coverage. Some international coverage (CNN, BBC) and English language coverage for a sophisticated and cosmopolitan city such as Lyon is needed and a technical upgrade of TV service is needed.

Value for money! Basic travel needs are met and comfort needs especially are met. Highly recommend this hotel. Easy access to attractions in Lyon. Breakfast and reception staff are courteous and friendly

The room we had was very clean and very comfortable with large lockers. The location is great because it’s only about a 10 minute walk to the center of the city, to the Hotel de Ville (City Hall). There’s a very nice courtyard just off of the reception and bar area which is a great place to meet. The staff was really nice and very helpful so we thank them very much. The buildings in the area have a lot of graffiti, so at first it seemed a little sketchy. But it felt fine once we got acquainted...

My daughter and I enjoyed our beautiful stay at okko hotel in Lyon, France! The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a nice breakfast! We LOVED our room!! Beautifully updated, clean, very comfortable bed and a beautiful balcony view! I would highly recommend!! We would stay here again.

Good hotel for a short stay. It’s conveniently located near the train station but a bit far from Lyon old city. Standard small clean room, quiet area, decent typical french breakfast with a lot of sweet and some savory options. Few grocery stores nearby

This is a lovely hotel, with very nice staff and a great breakfast. We chose this hotel mainly because of location and it has parking, but the whole experience has been great. The person at the front desk was so helpful in recommending a restaurant on a Sunday evening too. We have travelled the world and this is one of our favorites overall.

First, the hotel is beautiful and the ball is amazing!!!! The service is outstanding. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Lyon!!!
