"It was a wonderful stay however when I made my reservation it said I wouldn't be charged until we got there and I was unable to use the card that it was supposed to go on. So I'm at a limbo still trying to figure out what to do. Normally every hotel I've stayed at they never charged until we got there all I had to do is give them a card when I did the reservation and they charged my card when I got there. "
"Bree, who was our server, was very welcoming and kind. The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The only issue was a buzzing noise (mechanical sounds) were right outside of our room. I don't know where it was coming from, so I am unsure if it was hotel-related. "
"Room was very clean and Comfortable. Amber was very friendly and professional on the phone when I called for a question. Pat was great when we checked in. I asked Pat for a great place to eat local and she asked me if I wanted a sitdown restaurant and I said yes. She recommended Jacs in Kalamazoo about 4 miles up the road. Jacs did not disappoint. Great suggestion. We do ask often on places to eat when we travel, and most are great recommendations. The only negative thing I would say is when I went to connect to the WIFI, I put my last name and room # in as required and when I clicked connect to basic WIFI, ir did not connect and was asking me to register with chooice hotels."
