"The hotel property and rooms are absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We were greeted by friendly doormen and the hotel concierge gave us a tour of the property on the way up to our room. When we checked out the staff helped us with our bags and the concierge was ready to help us with cab accommodations. Absolutely do not miss the breakfast, it was delicious."

The pool, the gym, the sauna all were places that we visited and really enjoy because of the installations and the staff."

"The best part was Brigitte, she took good care of us, helped us and was flexible. The room was OK, only downside that it took a while to cool it down, since the air conditioned took its time. All in all, if I find a good price for it, I would come back."

"I really liked this place even though the room was tiny. Very very central. 5 minutes walk from the Vienna State Opera and main shopping street. Really nice part of town. Great neighborhood. Really nice restaurant on ground floor. Incredible restaurant and bar on roof. Do not miss that. The design of the hotel was very nice just pay the extra and get the bigger room."

"The room was great! Location was very central with almost 20-30 min walks to major attractions and museums. It's close to a train station and a lot of the trams and buses. Most importantly, it was close to the Vienna concert hall where a many lovely concerts were held. The staff is super nice and helpful in all aspects - from food recommendations to umbrella rentals - everything is perfect! The only thing is that the heat is a bit too high but this was resolved via opening windows. Thank you...
