"We had a fantastic time at the hotel, right from the time Emma checked us in until we checked out on the 19th. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a grand view of the fyord. The breakfast was to die for also! Recommend it wholeheartedly! "

"Good location near the train station to get into the city centre and arrport. Close to local amenities, including a supermarket, pizza restaurant and an Irish bar. So not entirely dependent on the hotel. Had the breakfast which was good enough, usual choice re continental breakfast. Rooms on 3rd floor a bit tight for headroom with the eaves but clean and comfortable. Would use again."

"If you want a robe, slippers and hygiene products remember to ask for them before going up to your room as they keep them in the reception. (I would prefer to have them in the room). Breakfast buffet is the absolute best! Not to be missed. Staff is lovely. Dusting and hovering the carpet in the room could be improved."

"It was lovely to stay in the Carlsberg neighbourhood. Without going to stay in this hotel I probably would not have gone to see this neighbourhood which is particularly pleasing. It is a up and coming area bustling with life and young families. The staff in the hotel could not have been nicer and more helpful beds super comfy shower excellent view from the room of the square beautiful. Free drinks for happier was a beautiful touch would definitely stay there again"

"We feel fully spoiled. Lovely hotel, spacious rooms, kettle in room, hairdryer all the things you can think to need. Buffet breakfast is amazing! I loved having ginger shot, coconut milk chia pudding, and Rhubarb juice- there’s hot eggs, sausage, bacon, sliced meats, cheezes, pastry, soo much. Fri Bike Shop arranged some E-bikes for us to rent one afternoon. Awesome! We went to 7 of Thomas Dambo’s Trolls- 5 were by car. The afternoon- having a sauna, steam room, gym and solarium....
