Plus side is the staff is fantastic! Very polite and helpful. Front desk, concierge, and the hostess at the restaurant provided great service! "

"The staff checking out were completely dishonest. I was supposed to receive a receipt via email upon check out and I door receive it! I called other and asked if it could b sent to my email like I was told it would earlier and the lady blatantly lies and pretended to type by email in and said that she sent and I still have yet to receive it!
